It is the mission of Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Elementary School to effectively educate all students while providing opportunities for professional staff development. We recognize each child as an individual with his/her own unique capabilities. We shall endeavor to help each child advance according to his/her potential. We believe that basic academics are essential. In addition, it is imperative to develop the physical, creative, cultural and social capabilities of students so they may become useful citizens able to share both the responsibilities and privileges of our democratic society.
